Refund Policy

At Aureva Skin™, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with every product you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt) is required.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Products returned after 30 days

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our customer service team will provide return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order.
